TDC DANCE TEAM & CHOREOGRAPHER AUDITIONS REGISTRATION FORM

Auditions are held every Saturday. Pre-register by filling in your information below. There is a registration fee of $10 payable at the Audition site on the day of your Audition. Make sure you bring a photo, entertainment resume, and Driver's License. Your photo does not have to be a professional shot. Please note that photos will NOT be returned.

Dance Team Auditions are open to males and females, ages 16-28.

Choreographer Auditions are open to males and females, all ages.
